Teamscreen Printing Terms & Conditions:

If submitting a claim for shortages, damages, or defects a written email must be received within 7 business days after your item is received/signed for. After a claim is made and reviewed, the proper credit will be issued. Please note: No refunds. Credit only

If a reprint has to take place, all items must be returned. If the product is not returned, a credit will not be issued.

Teamscreen printing's liability shall be limited to the stated sales price of any defective goods. We will not be liable for any consequential damages, such as profit loss etc.

NOTICE: IF USING "ALTERNATIVE APPAREL" Goods for screen printing: Teamscreen is not responsible for shrinkage, discoloration, or ghosting of an image that has been printed. Alternative apparel often supplies customers with goods that are not fully intended for screen printing, and do not issue documents with warnings in relation to the subject. 

Teamscreen reserves the right to use any items designed and/or produced in future promotional pieces such as catalogs, fliers, websites, or any other promotional material. If you do not wish to be included please send a email request along with your purchase order and we will gladly approve it.

All orders purchased using a credit card will be charged an additional in a 3.2%

If you cancel your order after acknowledgement, customer will be charged for all setup, apparel, and prepress costs incurred.

We will honor any emailed, or written quotes if submitted with your order. Quotes are good for 30 days.

Due to the possibility of file problems and technical malfunctions, time sensitive jobs should be planned in advance.Turnaround times reflect an average completion time of normal orders.These times are not guaranteed.Turnaround times are quoted in working business days.Weekends,Holidays and Transit times are not included. Shipping ETA. Teamscreen is not responsible for time loss due to power outages, or forces of nature that may disrupt our ability to complete a job within the time frame given.

Prices do not include shipping (unless otherwise specified). Any shipping instructions or changes my result in extended turnaround times. Teamscreen is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by a delivery carrier ( UPS, Fed Ex or USPS). Any third party shipping account that is not paid directly or any shipping account number provided that is invalid will result in a charge to the credit card on file for the full amount of the shipping cost and the customer will not be notified prior to this transaction. Teamscreen reserves the right to refuse the use of any third party shipping account at any time for any reason including, but not limited to a high dollar shipping amount.

Any legal disputes will take place in Kings County, New York.
